M. Andrew Donaldson (Andy) received admission to the Alabama bar in 1998. He obtained his B.S. in Business Management from Troy State University in 1994, and a J.D., magna cum laude from Jones School of Law in 1997. While in law school Andy served as a charter member of the first Jones Law Review Board. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Andy is an AV-Preeminent attorney. This rating is reserved for attorneys with the highest degree of ethical standards and legal skill. His primary practice involves general civil litigation, insurance coverage analysis, construction defect litigation, property management litigation, commercial litigation, manufactured home litigation, pest control litigation, professional liability, dram shop liability and general insurance defense. He serves as lead counsel in many civil jury trials and arbitrations.

In addition to his legal practice, Andy is a member of the YMCA Camp Chandler Advisory Board, serving four years as chairman. He is the 2022 YMCA Volunteer of the Year. Andy is also a member of the Jimmy Hitchcock Award Executive Board, serves as a judge for the Distinguished Young Women’s program, and teaches an adult Sunday school class at his local church.
