Originally from South Louisiana, Andrew Martin relocated to Baldwin County in 2004. His practice spans the Gulf Coast, as he is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Andrew has defended numerous types of products in litigation throughout the Gulf Coast including automobiles, power tools, tires, construction and agricultural equipment. Andrew focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including motor vehicle/trucking defense, construction litigation, and products liability defense.

Prior to obtaining his legal degree at Cumberland School of Law, Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Finance & Accounting from Texas Christian University. Andrew is an active member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Fairhope, Alabama, and a proud father of three wonderful children. Andrew speaks Spanish and is often called upon to provide pro bono legal aid to members of the Latino Community.
