Victoria graduated from The University of South Alabama in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and concentrations in chemistry and botany. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Victoria worked in the public policy department for a healthcare nonprofit, coordinating community outreach events centered around local and national elections and healthcare concerns.

In 2022, Victoria earned her juris doctorate from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. While in law school, she worked for an international plaintiff’s firm as well as the Tennessee Court of Workers’ Compensation. After passing the bar exam, Victoria worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company handling large losses involving commercial trucking companies. Victoria has previously worked as an associate attorney for a Baldwin County, Alabama firm handling primarily criminal defense matters.

Victoria was reared in the Bay Area of California but has called Baldwin County home since 2010. She lives in Foley with her daughter, and they enjoy local bookstores and festivals in the area.

Victoria is an active member of the Baldwin County Bar Association and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
