Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Elliott graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. During his undergraduate years, he worked as a pre-design engineer at a commercial real estate development group, assisting in the development of over 200 Dollar General stores throughout five states. After completing his undergraduate degree, Elliott attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2023. During his time in law school, Elliott served as the Executive Research & Writing Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and as the Treasurer for the Intellectual Property Society.

Elliott joined our firm in January 2024 as an associate in the firm’s central office. He practices primarily in the areas of general insurance defense and motor vehicle liability litigation.
