Natalie Daugherty has represented civil defendants throughout Alabama for over 20 years. She joined the firm in 2025.
Natalie’s practice includes a wide range of civil defense matters, including insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage litigation, motor vehicle and trucking litigation, premises liability, products liability, maritime and admiralty law, first party property claims, and construction litigation. She has successfully defended corporations and individuals, in both jury and non-jury trials, in both state and federal courts throughout Alabama.
A native of the Gulf Coast, Natalie is a graduate of Foley High School. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and American Studies. Natalie continued her studies at the University of Alabama School of Law earning her Juris Doctorate in 2004.
Natalie is an active member of several legal organizations, including the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, Mobile County Bar Association, and the Propeller Club of Mobile.
Natalie resides in her hometown of Gulf Shores. She is active in her community and attends Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
