William Killion

Daphne Office

Frederick “Will” Killion joined the firm in 2021. His practice consists of general insurance defense and motor vehicle litigation.

Will earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama in May of 2017, where he graduated magna cum laude in the honors college program. He attended law school at the Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Will provided pro bono services in the Alabama School of Law’s Children’s Rights Clinic. Will was a member of the Federalist Society, Law and Economics Society, and the Sports Law society while in law school.  He graduated with his Juris Doctor from Alabama School of Law in s 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Will clerked for the Honorable Ben H. Brooks of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.

Will was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and currently resides in Daphne. He is a parishioner of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Fairhope.
